The Global Marketing Director will define, develop, and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with the product & offerings roadmap and business action plan.
This role targets building awareness and promoting our solution as a value-added service product to the market.
This role requires transversal collaboration with the global sales, insights, and technology teams.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Marketing roadmap:
* Build A2MAC1's Marketing & Branding strategy worldwide, including areas of focus and long-term goals
* Develop short and long-term channel growth expansion strategies and execute day-to-day tactics to increase traffic
* Analyze the needs of platform users to ensure our solutions are promoted according to business needs
* Measure the impact of marketing strategies and actions over short, medium, and long terms
Marketing activities:
* Responsible for lead generation and pipeline expansion to drive revenue growth within existing and SME customers, in collaboration with regional teams
* Integrate our company brand and messaging into a unified approach across all marketing content
* Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for current and future products
* Own the company website and online conversion process
* Collaborate on implementing and maintaining the global CRM, including policies, training, and long-term sustainability
* Ensure quality and timely delivery of content related to our offerings
* Manage all social media outreach, set engagement goals, and track metrics
* Build a deep understanding of the target audience using user insights and data to craft resonant marketing campaigns
* Lead industry competitive analysis to contribute to differentiation
* Build a thought leadership perception for A2MAC1 with global C-Level engagement
Customer & Prospects Interaction:
* Create customer acquisition and retention strategies (local events, performance marketing, email marketing, partnerships, etc.)
* Manage product marketing to engage our community of customers and prospects around product updates
* Organize events to connect customers and partners
Management:
* Lead and drive the global marketing team, facilitate weekly and monthly meetings
* Assess and upgrade marketing activities and processes to best-in-class standards, fostering continuous improvement
* Build and report on marketing activities such as calendars, lead generation, and campaign analytics
Requirements
Professional Background:
* 5-10 years of marketing experience
* Experience in an international/global environment
* Experience in B2B DaaS/SaaS, PaaS, or Marketplace businesses
* Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
* Proficiency in English; German and/or French is an advantage
Skills & Abilities:
* Ability to understand product features, benefits, and lead content creation and messaging
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to operate at both detailed and holistic levels
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally across cultures
* Excellent organizational and coordination skills
* Self-driven, entrepreneurial, resourceful, with a proactive attitude in a small company environment
