Your tasks

9. Organization of events and VIP visits (e.g. political visits, VIP receptions, board meetings, gala dinners) for internal and external guests in compliance with protocol guidelines.

10. Establishing contact and close cooperation with key suppliers such as shuttle services, caterers and photographers.

11. Responsibility for booking hotels and restaurants as part of event planning.

12. Processing and tracking of service requests related to events within the internal systems.

Your profile

13. Completed studies in the field of communication sciences or event management (at least a Bachelor's degree).

14. More than 5 years of professional experience in project management and over 3 years of experience in public relations or communications management.

15. At least 1-2 years of experience in organizing events.

16. Fluent German and English skills (interviews are conducted in English); knowledge of French is an advantage.

17. Safe use of Google Workspace.

18. Independent, structured and results-oriented work style as well as strong teamwork skills.
