At Cyberus Technology, we’re advancing automation of on-hardware tests for both internal use and customer solutions. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to support our business development and marketing efforts in this area.
Tasks
* Shape and execute the lead generation and marketing strategy in our Test Automation and CI Business Unit
* Manage the marketing roadmap and coordinate with the engineering team
* Align website updates, blog posts, and outreach with upcoming conferences and events
* Plan and coordinate our presence at conferences and events
* Track and follow up on leads
* Support business development and client presentations
* Collaborate with the engineering team to position offerings and close deals
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (consulting or B2B preferred)
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
* Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing processes
* Excellent English (German a plus)
* An understanding of Software Engineering and the corresponding development processes is a plus
