Purpose of the Role Support the development and implementation of Novonesis’ Animal HN sustainability strategy across animal segments (e.g., poultry, swine, ruminants), while actively contributing to internal and external stakeholder engagement initiatives that promote our AHN sustainability approach. Key Responsibilities Sustainability Strategy Support Assist in mapping sustainability priorities across animal segments. Support research and benchmarking on sustainability trends, regulations, and competitor positioning in close collaboration with Novonesis Sustainability corporate department. Help consolidate and visualize sustainability KPIs and progress tracking. Stakeholder Engagement Support the creation of communication materials (presentations, briefs, one-pagers) for internal and external audiences. Assist in organizing and documenting stakeholder meetings, workshops, and webinars. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align messaging. Project Coordination Help manage timelines and deliverables for sustainability-related initiatives. Maintain shared documentation and ensure alignment across teams. Profile Requirements Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Sustainability, Animal Science, Environmental Studies, Business, or related fields. Experience: Prior exposure to one or more animal segments (e.g., internships, academic projects, farm experience) is highly desirable. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus. Skills: Strong analytical and research capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., SDGs, GHG protocols) is a plus. Personal Attributes Proactive and self-driven with a hands-on attitude. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment.
