To support our expansion across Europe, we are looking for an experienced Information Security Engineer to strengthen our security standards, compliance processes, and cyber security operations.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures
Drive GDPR compliance initiatives including:
DPIA
Data processing records
Data breach processes
Data subject rights management
Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and related tools
Manage vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and security hardening activities
Support audits, compliance checks, and security risk assessments
Conduct security awareness and GDPR training for employees
Collaborate closely with Legal, IT, Operations, and external partners
Your Profile
~ Bachelor’s degree or above
~5+ years of experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, or Compliance
~ Experience within logistics, express, or related industries is preferred
~ Strong knowledge of GDPR and information security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST
~ Hands-on experience with tools such as:
~ Splunk / QRadar
~ Nessus / OpenVAS
~ CrowdStrike / SentinelOne
~ Burp Suite / Metasploit
~ Knowledge of IAM, VPN, firewall policies, and endpoint security
~ Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT are a plus
~ Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
~ German is a plus
