Technical and disciplinary management of the End User Services (EUS) team
Continuous support for the optimization of processes and procedures
Management and status report of projects in the EUS area
Collaboration on incidents and service requests in our Motherson IT portal ServiceNow
User support for our internal colleagues
Support and provision of end devices (PC, tablet, smartphone, printer, etc.)
Support with 2nd/3rd level support with initial error analysis and data preparation
Management of IT equipment pools at the respective locations
Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable training with management responsibility
Profound professional experience in IT service management
Experience in the conception, development and further development of an end user services area is an advantage

Good communication skills in German and English
