Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Internship
We are seeking an ambitious and organized individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a junior talent scout. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
* Gaining expertise in recruiting processes and methodologies
* Developing skills in resume screening for various positions
* Assisting with pre-screening candidates and managing databases efficiently
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as interview scheduling, event organization, and database management
* Contributing to the planning and execution of HR-related events
* Participating in interviews with recruiters to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum 1-year internship commitment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse individuals
* A high level of integrity regarding confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive information
* Strong prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines and multitask effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required), with Luxembourgish and German considered assets
