Consultant due diligence & growth strategy (private equity) (m/f/d)

What we look for: You advise management and investors in developing strategic, digital, and tech-driven due diligence reports for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. You analyze and challenge business models for leading Private Equity clients across industries and international markets. You contribute to strategic value creation and growth initiatives, shaping compelling equity stories for portfolio companies. You identify key consulting needs, structure complex problems, and help design strategic solutions. You assess the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and value creation. You collaborate closely with our digital and data strategy experts, combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. You prepare presentations for client projects. You actively participate in core activities such as workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process developments for both external and internal projects. What we require: You have an excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; (Master’s degree preferred). You have gained first professional experience in a strategic, transaction-related, or digital environment. You demonstrate a strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI. You bring strong analytical skills combined with creative and conceptual thinking. You possess very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. You stand out through excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with strong intrinsic motivation and passion for your work. You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
