Description The Working Student role within Global Quality & Process Excellence is a vital position, offering support to high-impact projects and ensuring effective collaboration across the organization. You will play a key role in coordinating efforts between headquarters, regional teams and global competence centers, driving process standardization and quality assurance. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Maintain project plans, milestones and documentation for progress tracking and risk management Liaise with stakeholders to gather inputs, ensure alignment and prepare project materials for governance forums Apply project management standards and best practices, driving regular reviews and quality audits Extract and analyze data from various platforms to inform strategic decisions and enhance product quality Assist in coordinating process alignment activities, supporting operational efficiency and scalability Document, map and analyze current and future-state processes to identify improvement opportunities Implement process enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders and tracking progress Qualifications Currently pursuing a University degree in logistics, business, commerce, sales & marketing, engineering or a related field Good knowledge of the maritime industry is preferred Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and experience working with data and BI tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional business level Experience in a similar role or project management environment is an advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach
