For our SAP S/4HANA Central Finance journey we are looking for an experienced Business Program Lead (m/f/d).
As our Business Program Lead SAP S/4HANA Central Finance, you will drive our multiwave ERP transformation across more than 25 countries. Together with the IT Program Lead, you shape key business decisions, lead change management activities, and guide global stakeholders through our finance transformation.a
The position can be based in Mannheim, Sofia or Vilnius.
Your Tasks
1. Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance solutions.
2. Manage program timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
3. Define and own the business change strategy, including communication and key user training.
4. Drive country readiness, enforce Fit to Standard, and ensure localization governance.
5. Ensure adherence to budgets and support reliable benefits tracking post go live.
6. Oversee migration strategy and ensure highquality business input for mapping and design.
7. Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams and support governance of the Global Finance Template.
8. You will work closely with IT, Finance, SAP teams, solution architects, external partners, and management to ensure full transparency and alignment across the program.
Your Profile
9. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
10. Experience in leading multi-wave ERP transformations across 10+ countries.
11. Ideally, 7+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Controlling or IT, with a focus on ERP systems or experience in Business Process Management (R2R) organization.
12. Proven track record in leading SAP S/4HANA projects or similar ERP implementations
13. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and related ERP systems.
14. Strong strategic planning and change management skills, combined with resilience.
15. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams, paired with strong problem‑solving skills
16. Experience in measurable benefits tracking.
17. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders; additional languages are a plus.
