Job Summary
As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will be part of the second line of defense in our multi-layered risk management framework. This involves analyzing credit requests for corporate and institutional clients, conducting annual reviews, and providing clear, well-argued opinions to support decision-making by relevant credit authorities.
You will assess risks associated with counterparties and proposed transactions, formulate opinions, and demonstrate strong proficiency in analyzing financial statements. You will also review profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow projections, and business plans, and collaborate closely with Front Officers to structure and prepare comprehensive credit proposals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing credit risks associated with counterparties and proposed transactions
* Formulating clear, well-argued opinions to support decision-making by credit authorities
* Reviewing financial statements, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow projections
* Collaborating with Front Officers to prepare comprehensive credit proposals
* Participating in credit committees to present and defend risk assessments
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can demonstrate strong analytical and writing skills. A Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Management, or a related field is required, as well as solid initial experience in credit analysis or a front-office/structuring role within corporate financing.
Fluency in both French and English is essential, with proficiency in German considered a strong asset. Familiarity with T24, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite is also a plus.
