What you´ll do
* Planning, central analysis, and reporting of intra-group repatriation measures and business shifts
* Coordination, participation, and active contribution to quarterly risk management activities for top management in the finance area
* Advising regional treasurers on finance processes, relevant to Corporate Finance e.g. supporting Henkel Group affiliates in financing matters, like preparation and analysis of financial data as well as development of model-based financing solutions or preparation and execution of repatriation measures
* Preparation and execution of the annual impairment test
* Contribution to the documentation and further development of best practices in the area of Subsidiary Finance
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
* 5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Controlling required
* In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting/controlling, ideally combined with expertise in business valuation (Corporate Finance)
* Experience in financial risk management is an advantage
* Advanced skills in MS Excel as well as analytical work with structured data (e.g., Power BI, PowerPivot, VBA)
* Very good command of English; German language skills are an advantage
