As Client Success Associate – Food Robotics Operations, you are responsible for operating and maintaining our robotic food production units directly at customer sites — ensuring daily readiness, seamless operation, and reliable system performance.
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on operational success delivery, food safety, and proactive partner support. Operate, prepare, and maintain robotic food units on-site at customer locations.
Ensure daily system readiness, smooth operation, and hygiene compliance.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and manage routine maintenance.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer partners — ensuring professional communication and proactive support.
1–3 years experience in food production, service operations, or customer-facing roles.
~ Hands-on experience with machinery, automated systems, or technical processes.
~ Strong attention to hygiene, food safety, and operational detail.
~ Fluent in German (required); English proficiency a plus.
~ Experience in food tech, automation, or robotics operations.
