UI Designer Working Student (m/w/d)

As a UI Designer Working Student (m/w/d), you will be provided with a broad understanding of our industry and company.
In this Internship you will:
1. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define component requirements and objectives
2. Conduct user research and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and preferences
3. Create components, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions
4. Define and structure a design system with all its components, guidelines and supported documentation
5. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles
6. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results
7. Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions
8. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into your work
You will be working under the supervision of our Global R&D and Engineering (UI/UX) Team.
Hiring Preferences:
9. Student in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
10. Portfolio showcasing your design projects
11. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred) Adobe XD, Sketch or InVision
12. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
13. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
14. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
15. Knowledge in Frontend development skills is a plus
16. Good communication skills in English
