The Mission: Owning and Scaling Our Mobile Product
Jobflow's core product is the mobile experience. We have laid the groundwork; now, we need an A-Player to
take full ownership of the mobile application
and execute our vision.
As the
Lead Mobile Developer
, you will be the technical leader responsible for scaling our flagship app and preparing it for mass adoption in the broader job market. This is a unique chance to

This is a full-time, remote position, preferably based in Germany.
Your Ownership & Impact
You will
own the entire mobile development lifecycle
, from architectural design to deployment. You will be hands-on in the code, while also acting as the technical single point of contact for the CTO and Design team.
Concretely, you will:
* Lead the Mobile Team:
Act as the technical leader and mentor for our existing team of three skilled developers, providing guidance, conducting code reviews, and maintaining a high bar for quality.
* Drive Product Features:
Plan, architect, and develop new features end-to-end, working in direct communication with the CTO to translate our business needs into the best mobile experience.
* Ensure Code Excellence:
Take full ownership of the codebase structure, quality, and performance, implementing best practices and writing robust tests to support 8-figure scaling.
* Be a Visionary:
Actively contribute your own ideas and technical expertise to make Jobflow the best job-seeking app on the market.
What You'll Bring to the Table (Your Story)
We are looking for a
product-first, hands-on leader
who thrives in complexity and takes pride in full ownership.
Must-Haves
* Senior-Level React Native Expertise:
Proven track record of architecting and shipping complex
React Native (ideally with Expo)
applications to production.
* TypeScript Mastery:
You are a TypeScript professional and understand how to leverage it to build scalable, maintainable applications.
* Leadership & Mentorship:
Experience in leading a small team, mentoring developers, and performing effective code reviews.
* Product-Focused Mindset:
You see code as a means to a greater outcome—delivering user and business value—and you're driven by metrics.
* Ownership Mentality:
You don't wait for perfect specifications; you take initiative, prioritize tasks independently, and
own outcomes
