Your Responsibilities:
* Support in recruiting processes (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate pre-selection)
* Maintain employee records and update the HR database
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding
* Help organize employee trainings and performance reviews
* Participate in HR projects and engagement initiatives
* Assist with compliance topics and documentation
Your Profile:
* Ongoing or completed studies in HR, Business Administration or related fields
* First insights into HR practices are a plus
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
* Confident in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Communicative, proactive, and eager to learn
