As the Global Head of Talent Leadership & HR Systems, you play a key role in translating our corporate strategy into high-impact global HR solutions. With your strategic expertise, you drive the sustainable development of our leaders, establish a future-proof HR IT landscape, and build a high-performing, globally connected talent pool. Your work directly shapes the future of our employees and contributes significantly to establishing a unified, value-driven leadership culture at CompuGroup Medical through international talent development programs and strategic leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Global HR Initiatives: Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of groundbreaking global HR solutions as a Center of Excellence (CoE) for all talent-related activities. Focus on culture & mindset, leadership development, performance & potential management, and employee engagement aligned with CGM's corporate strategy.
2. Organizational and Talent Development: Designing and implementing an integrated global approach to talent and organizational development, including structured onboarding, innovative leadership programs, and learning strategies. Coordinate with Senior HR Business Partners to ensure a unified talent development framework.
3. Technology & Systems: Strategic and operational management of the HR management system Workday, with ongoing development to increase efficiency, drive automation, and optimize HR processes.
4. Compensation & Benefits: Development and implementation of globally competitive, transparent grading and compensation structures to enhance retention, talent development, and market competitiveness. Ensure a fair, sustainable, and performance-oriented compensation strategy.
5. Resource Management & Performance Measurement: Manage budget and performance, establish performance KPIs, supervise external partners, and implement improvement measures.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior management, executive leadership, and global HR teams to align HR activities and strategic initiatives with the company's overarching business objectives.
Your Profile:
* Degree from a renowned university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Extensive leadership experience in a strategic HR role within a global environment, preferably in the software or tech industry.
* Proven track record in developing and scaling global HR strategies that drive sustainable transformation and impact corporate and talent development.
* Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire multinational teams, drive change, and implement innovative HR concepts.
* Deep expertise in HR technologies and analytics, ideally with Workday, to steer data-driven, efficient HR processes.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) at a business level.
* High intercultural competence, strategic foresight, and willingness to travel to shape global HR strategies and foster innovation.
