Your tasks
6. Preparation and provision of equipment such as empty containers, hoses and connection adapters for distillation processing
7. Preparation and post-processing of systems, e.g. emptying tanks, pipes, pumps and cleaning for maintenance work and technical modifications in the areas of distillation, tank storage and process water treatment
8. Carrying out maintenance work according to plan, e.g. checking safety equipment
9. Light locksmith work to open pipelines at points suitable for draining, e.g. flanges, valves, etc.
10. Organization and provision of packaging facilities for the disposal of active ingredient operations and for infrastructure operations
11. Provision of waste quantities for disposal by internal and external service providers
12. Filling and emptying of large containers
13. Transportation of containers by forklift truck or towing vehicle for internal supply and disposal
14. Cleaning of containers
15. Sampling of liquid raw materials and solvents
16. On-site inspection and monitoring activities, acceptance of cleaned small parts and packaging layers
Your profile
17. Technical training as a chemical technician or skilled chemical worker
18. Experience in handling solvents and liquid hazardous substances
19. Ability to carry out light locksmith work
20. Suitability for working outdoors, on scaffolding and platforms
21. Ability to work with masks and personal protective equipment
22. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
23. Good knowledge of GMP
24. Very good written and spoken German
25. Ability to work in a team, reliability and a sense of responsibility
26. Forklift license an advantage
