Country Manager - Netherlands (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
* You take full ownership for home24 in the Netherlands, including revenue, profitability, and cost control, to drive our success in the market
* You develop and execute a local growth strategy that aligns with home24's overall business goals
* You collaborate in a cross-functional country team across sales, pricing, inventory and merchandising
* You identify and capitalize on market trends, opportunities, and customer needs to expand our local presence
* You manage and optimize the local product assortment, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to maximize performance
* You work closely with central functions such as Marketing, Logistics, and Purchasing to ensure seamless operations
Your Profile
* You have several years of experience in a similar role with country responsibility, ideally within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sector
* You have a deep understanding of the Dutch e-commerce market, including local consumer behavior and market dynamics
* You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies
* You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in a matrix organization
* You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
* You are fluent in Dutch (at least B2 level) and English

* Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
