Your Tasks
1. Comprehensive leadership and development of the sales team in the Industrial Heating segment
2. Goal-oriented coaching of the sales staff (FSEs), including visit planning, reporting, and performance monitoring
3. Active involvement in the creation and implementation of sales strategies and budgeting processes (top-down / bottom-up)
4. Management and expansion of strategically relevant key accounts as well as conducting price and contract negotiations
5. Technical consulting on our industrial products using hot air and infrared technology
6. Market development and sales within our structured Sales & Marketing Excellence process
7. Regular market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and risks
8. Initiation of sales and marketing campaigns
9. Support of cross-functional leadership tasks and representation within the department management
What You Bring
10. Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
11. Solid leadership experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of plastics processing, infrared, or hot air technology
12. Confident use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications
13. Affinity for social media and AI
14. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
15. Technical understanding combined with a high customer orientation
16. Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
