As a Global Process Expert in Hot Forming, you will play a key role in shaping and harmonizing global hot forming processes for ampoules, cartridges, and vials.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge on hot forming
* Foster collaboration across the organization to drive innovation and best practices
* Define, develop, and implement harmonized global process standards
* Create and maintain detailed documentation specific to products and processes
* Identify and promote technical innovations and best practices
About the Role
SCHOTT Pharma develops solutions to ensure safe and easy medication use worldwide. With 17 production sites across Europe, North and South America, and Asia, the company is present in major pharmaceutical markets.
You will serve as a technical authority, trainer, and primary contact for international production sites. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in hot forming for ampoules, cartridges, and/or vials, strong background in process analysis, standardization, and documentation, excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills, collaborative mindset, intercultural competence, ability to perform in international teams, willingness to travel internationally, fluency in English, and additional language skills an asset.
