Job Responsibilities Manage the entire after-sales work order process for PV and inverter products in the German-speaking region, update status synchronously, and feedback customer demands and product issues. Liaise with German-speaking customers, respond to after-sales inquiries efficiently via email and phone, and provide data support for product optimization. Assist in local customer after-sales training, covering product operation, routine maintenance and common troubleshooting to reduce failure rates. Comply with the company’s after-sales procedures and local German regulations; properly store after-sales records and maintenance reports for standardized filing. Fulfill other after-sales tasks assigned by supervisors and cooperate with the team to meet regional after-sales goals. Job Requirements 2–3 years of after-sales experience in the PV and inverter industry; familiar with PV system and inverter principles, common faults and maintenance processes. Work order handling experience is preferred. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficient in PV and inverter technical knowledge; able to independently conduct troubleshooting, technical guidance and full work order closure. Familiar with after-sales management processes and good at problem analysis and solving. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, meticulous work attitude, excellent customer service awareness; able to adapt to local German work rhythm and follow arrangements. Legally authorized to work in Germany long-term; open to occasional short business trips within Germany.
