* Manage yard operations in coordination with Dock, Receive and Ship teams to ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) processing and mitigate Customer Experience (CX) impact risks.
* Standardize and improve processes; analyze and eliminate root cause of defects within current systems.
* Lead and mentor people; analyze data and make sound recommendations in an often ambiguous environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Background in transportation operations and excellent program management skills.
* Ability to lead and mentor people; analyze data and make sound recommendations.
* Experience with performance metrics, decision-making based on data, and leading process improvements.
* Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
