Job Responsibilities
* Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of investor relations activities such as quarterly earnings calls, investor roadshows, capital market events, and broker conferences.
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts and other stakeholders.
* Preparing presentations and materials for quarterly and annual earnings releases, in coordination with financial reporting and management.
* Conducting industry and competitor analyses; monitoring analyst reports and market sentiment.
* Improving investor relations processes and tools, including the IR inbox, website, and CRM systems.
Requirements
* A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Initial experience in financial-oriented activities such as Investor Relations, Controlling, Equity Research, Corporate M&A, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in capital markets or finance, ideally within a publicly listed company.
* Solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with IR software and CRM tools is a plus.
* A high level of initiative, flexibility, and team orientation.
* Fluent English language skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
