With functions spanning creative and marketing, strategy, consumer insights, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem. Weu2019re looking for a Marketing Specialist in Germany, based in our Hamburg office. In this role, youu2019ll work closely with our local cross functional team, and partner with Creative, Product, Comms, Sales, and Insights teams in EMEA to build and execute marketing programs which grow Snapu2019s business goals across revenue, community and AR. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing, who is also based in Hamburg. This role is an individual contributor role - but requires a significant degree of influence to ensure outcomes are achieved for the market. What youu2019ll do: Lead the B2B Marketing efforts for the region (extended synergies to Nordics) in alignment with the Head of Marketing DACH and Sales (including newsletter programs, ambassador programs, roadshows and more) Work closely with Sales to identify opportunities to support sales narratives, sales promotions and sales marketing solutions as well as big client initiatives Support the crossfunctional team on both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) audiences within the DACH region & Nordics Work very closely with the event team to support and execute sales events Support with administrative tasks within the DACH marketing team Support creating and execute marketing programs which deliver on the strategy and communicate Snapu2019s value proposition for consumers and businesses via innovative brand activations, success stories, thought leadership, partnerships, workshops, and events Work with brand, creative and cross-functional teams to create culturally relevant and best-in-class creative, integrated marketing campaigns Work closely with cross-functional partners to support our team efforts by communicating our brand vision and campaign ideas to rally support Partner with other stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Insights, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, Comms, Marketing Science, and Sales to ensure our marketing delivers on Snap DACHu2019s overarching business goals Work with Sales, Sales Enablement and other functions to make sure our efforts get visibility and are tracked in the right way to measure success. Represent Snap Marketing in internal forums and contribute to key decisions in the market Connect to and Collaborate with other marketing functions in EMEA to build and localize global marketing programs, and share best practices across our portfolio Measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing and ensure it delivers on Snapu2019s goals in the market Work closely with marketing insights to get actionable insights for sales for marketing programs Support on B2B events like OMR, DMEXCO etc Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Circa 5 years experience in a similar marketing position Ability to navigate complex organizations An organizational talent that can manage various stakeholders and several projects at one time Possesses a keen eye for detail, embraces administrative tasks with enthusiasm, and remains patient and composed when navigating complex processes. A multidimensional marketer with a track record of inspiring creative ideas that come to life across a broad ecosystem of marketing channels including paid, organic and earned. Collaborative approach which embodies Snapu2019s core values Creative mindset and an ability to spot opportunities and cultivate ideas where others wouldnu2019t Analytical rigor and an ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights A passion for Snapchat!
