Job Description
Our organization is seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier negotiations and contract preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of purchasing activities.
* Evaluate suppliers' financial stability, identify potential risks, and monitor stock levels, lead times, and deliveries.
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments.
* Review bids, make informed recommendations based on commercial and technical evaluations, and continuously identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost optimization.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong negotiation skills, be well-organized, and possess excellent team spirit. Proficiency in English and French is required, with another European language being an advantage. Knowledge of purchasing, forecasting, and supplier evaluation is also desirable.
