Campaign Strategy & Execution Play a key role in further developing the marketing strategy for DSEI Germany, focusing on scalable campaigns to increase national and international reach. End‑to‑end responsibility for conception, planning, management, and optimisation of integrated marketing PATH (online, offline, PR, performance) across the entire customer journey. Develop data‑based campaign logic, KPI frameworks, and target group segmentation for exhibitor and visitor marketing. Create compelling communication concepts, core messages, and marketing materials for effective positioning of DSEI Germany. Audience Development & Performance Marketing Actively participate in developing and implementing audience growth strategies to increase visitor numbers, leads, and conversions. Continuously analyse campaign‑relevant data (traffic, engagement, leads, ROI) and derive optimisation measures. รดิตhereതDevelop new measures and tools to increase efficiency in lead nurturing and conversion management. Brand Management & Content Leadership Ensure consistent brand management in close coordination with the global DSEI brand—especially within marketing campaigns. Responsible for the content strategy across all campaigns, including editorial planning, creation of text and media content, and development of digital formats. Conduct continuous market, trend, and competition analyses to identify campaign‑relevant topics and opportunities. Stakeholder & Partner Communication Establish and maintain contacts with ministries, authorities, centrifugations, associations, and industry partners—focusing on alignment in external communication. Coordinate media and association partners and manage external service providers, agencies, and performance specialists. Project Management & Internal Collaboration Manage defined sub‑projects in campaign and marketing operations. Work closely with management, sales, event operations, and international DSEI teams to coordinate campaign content and objectives. Support the development of content for the conference and supporting programme through research and analysis. Your profile At least five years of experience in events and/or marketing, ideally with proven expertise in campaign management and preferably in the trade fair, defence, security, technology industry or a complex B2B/B2G environment. Very good knowledge of digital marketing, performance disciplines, and classic communication and campaign formats. Experience dealing with political, industrial, or governmental stakeholders is an advantage. Strong organisational skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, precise way of working. Confident manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills. German and English: business‑fluent (C1/C2), confident in negotiations, presentations, and written communication. Why us?
