1. Sales & Marketing Revisions:ö Conducting monthly reviews in PM subsidiaries around the world
2. doing / Following up on tasks needed after revision completion in each country
3. Provide suggestions to improve working methods with our subsidiaries
4. Becoming an expert on PM-International's business model sales strategy and FitLine products Identifying risks improvements in worldwide subsidies Provide transparency project statutes meeting deadlines Prepare give receive feedback Work multicultural environment teams geographical locations Conduct presentations countries office coordination ISD department when necessary Analyzing presenting outcomes sales audits reporting Travel short notice various subsidies urgencies arise Support monitoring Direct Selling Association memberships assigned countries Coordinating National Product Launch requests from subdivisions Profil Bachelor Business is considered advantage Demonstrate strong communication analytical problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency Microsoft Packages Excel PowerPoint Word Fluency English additional languages like German considered advantage Attention detail Literacy creating executive summaries Experience direct sales/network marketing advantageous Ability standing strong areas need improved without excuses Strong analytic creative thinking skill Willingness travel any time Basic knowledge international trade
