Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Purchase & Supplier Management – Manage purchasing processes, oversee purchase orders, supplier selection, and negotiations to optimize procurement.
🔹 Stock & Pricing Strategy – Maintain stock levels, select items for promotions, and adjust pricing based on sales performance & market competition .
🔹 International Coordination – Work with global teams to align stock levels and purchasing strategies across multiple regions.
🔹 Product Lifecycle Management – Decide which products to add or remove, manage product updates in the ERP system, and drive sales through promotional campaigns.
🔹 Data & Business Analytics – Utilize ERP tools & PowerBI for insights, pricing strategies, and business reporting.
🔹 Team Leadership & Development – Oversee teams or trainees, guiding purchasing/product strategies with confidence and data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in purchasing, procurement, or product management with a focus on pan-European or Asian sourcing .
✔️ Strong business analytics skills, ideally with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Navision, or PowerBI .
✔️ Fluent English (spoken & written) – German is a plus but not essential.
✔️ Proven ability to lead and develop teams, whether in a department, team leadership, or mentoring trainees.
✔️ Confident decision-maker who thrives on challenges and can drive change using data & facts .
Nice-to-Have Skills:
PC Hardware Knowledge – Whether professionally or as a personal passion.
Experience with ERP Systems (Mention or Sage preferred).
Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
