Nordhealth is a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. We're looking for a driven Implementation/Client Onboarding Specialist to join our DACH team. You'll own the onboarding journey for new veterinary customers from kick-off through to go-live, delivering both remote and onsite training across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that requires fluency in German, strong organisation, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects at once! Manage implementation projects end to end, from initial scoping through to go-live
Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the DACH region
Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
Experience in project or change management, ideally within a SaaS or software environment
The work is remote but willingness to occasionally travel within the DACH region for onsite client visits is required
Bonus point - Veterinary background or experience working with veterinary professionals is a strong advantage
