Your responsibilities: You serve as primary point of contact for our clients, vendors and partners worldwide You are in charge of travel organization for our Onboard Courier missions (e.g. flight reservations, driver coordination and any other organizational matters) You provide customized logistics solutions, including Onboard Courier, Aircraft- Charter,
Air Freight, Ground Transportation, and Customs Services. Manage pickups, deliveries, and customs procedures. With the support of our own software, tools and dashboards, you work on customized inquiries and updates to our clients while missions are ongoing. Monitor service performance and proactively address any issues. You identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base. Stay updated on industry trends
Your qualifications: You have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in time-critical logistics (OBC and air charter), aviation or tourism industry. You are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus. You are an open-minded and motivated person with strong communication skills. You always have a clear overview and organized mind - even in short timespanes of high workload. You are open to work in a hybrid shift model during the week and accept occasional weekend shifts
