Aufgaben You assume overall responsibility for Finance and Accounting across several German sites You lead and develop a local Accounting and Controlling team with a strong focus on plant/works controlling You provide functional oversight and governance of an international Shared Service Center You are responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS You ensure a binding and timely month-end closing, with strict deadlines You manage budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning You prepare meaningful management reports and KPI-based financial analyses You act as the central point of contact for management, auditors, tax advisors and banks You continuously develop and standardise financial processes, systems and controlling structures You prepare robust and decision-ready financial insights for top management Profil You bring in-depth leadership experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment You have very strong expertise in financial accounting, cost accounting and statutory reporting under HGB and IFRS You are experienced in the financial steering of complex organisations You have a proven track record in working with internal and external stakeholders You are highly proficient in a common ERP system (e.g. SAP or comparable) and willing to quickly familiarise yourself with new systems You possess expert-level Excel skills You communicate fluently in English; German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory You demonstrate a strong hands-on mentality, high numerical affinity and entrepreneurial thinking You stand out through communication strength, assertiveness and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach Benefits You take on a senior leadership role with significant responsibility and influence You work in a highly performance-driven environment with clear expectations regarding commitment and results You step into a work-intensive position that requires a high level of personal engagement You are willing to attend appointments outside regular working hours and, on occasion, at weekends You operate within an organisation with a traditional view on leadership, presence and work ethic You receive 25 days of annual leave You benefit from clear structures, fast decision-making processes and direct access to top management You are offered a long-term perspective within a financially stable and well-established company
