Act as a contact point for CRM and marketing data topics and support stakeholder needs end-to-end
Perform data and business analytics, including customer segmentation, forecasting, and campaign evaluation
Build and maintain data pipelines, reporting structures, and automated reports (R/Python, Excel)
Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for commercial teams
Contribute to the development of future data infrastructure and tools (e.g. You bring solid experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics, ideally in a commercial or e-commerce environment
You are confident working with Python, R, SQL, and have experience with reporting and data pipelines
You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into business impact
A background in psychology, biology, or a related analytical field, as well as German language skills, are a plus
