* Drive Pipeline Growth: Proactively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent, creative outbound strategies and by leveraging your professional network.
* Master Your Territory: Own the Swiss market with confidence, managing the full sales cycle – from engaging qualified leads (SDRs, inbound, events, partners, outbound, etc.) to confidently closing impactful deals.
* Be the Trusted Authority: Delve deep into each client's business landscape to uncover challenges and deliver solutions that drive real results, fostering enduring partnerships.
* Collaborate for Seamless Success: Work closely with Sales Campaign Managers, BDRs, your Team Lead, Customer Success, and Marketing to gain a deeper understanding of the market, ensure every new client experiences a smooth transition and immediate value realization, and continuously refine your sales approach.
