Job Title: Senior Linux Systems Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our server and service infrastructure both on-premise and in the cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the efficient operation of the platform and supporting infrastructure
* Manage and optimize Linux-based systems across on-premise and cloud environments
* Develop and maintain infrastructure automation systems (e.g., Puppet, Ansible)
* Support infrastructure as code initiatives using configuration management and automation tools
* Monitor and maintain system reliability, performance, and security
* Manage networking components and ensure connectivity and availability
* Support DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitLab or similar)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure and support product development
* Maintain clear and up-to-date system documentation, SOPs, and architectural diagrams
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in Linux systems administration
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, etc.)
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
* Familiarity with networking administration and troubleshooting
* Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
* Knowledge of data systems and tools is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence
* Very good knowledge of English
