What You Will Do
Go-to-Market & Growth
* Build and execute the German market entry and growth strategy
* Win new clients (SMEs, mid-market companies, startups)
* Leverage our Swiss brand and strong success stories
* Position our nearshore/offshore delivery model clearly and persuasively
Leadership & Ownership
* Be the face of the company in Germany
* Build and lead a small, high-performance sales & delivery team
* Develop strong partnerships with tech hubs, chambers, and industry associations
Operations & P&L
* Own revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction for the German market
* Manage legal, compliance, and local operations (with support from Switzerland)
* Report directly to the CSO & Founder and collaborate with global teams
Who You Are
An entrepreneur at heart — someone who wants to build something meaningful.
You bring:
* A few years of experience in IT consulting, nearshoring/offshoring, software services, or SaaS
* Solid experience in winning and managing clients
* A strong network in the German tech ecosystem (bonus, not mandatory)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A founder mindset: proactive, relentless, hands‑on, accountable
