As a HR Technical AI Consultant (f/m/d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
The following tasks await you:
Identification and creation of AI use cases based on business needs
Advising customers on the selection and application of suitable AI technologies
Requirements analysis, preparation and facilitation of workshops, and discussion of solution options and best practices with stakeholders
Design and definition of AI solution architectures and technical concepts
Supporting business development activities by contributing technical and conceptual expertise
Leading smaller teams or projects with responsibility for timelines, quality, and scope
Qualifications
To be well-prepared for your path as an HR Technical AI Consultant (f/m/d), you bring the following qualifications:
A completed degree or solid expertise in interface technologies across SAP and non-SAP systems.
Passion for consulting, as well as for stakeholder management.
Expertise in SQL and Python, applied in data-driven, AI-related contexts and LLMs. Knowledge and skills in SAP ABAP and as an Agentic AI are considered a plus.
Your working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams.

Start: By agreement - always at the beginning of a month
Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days
