As a Brand Trainer Team Lead (m/w/d) you'll manage, engage and develop the team of Brand Trainers in the area North East (Germany, Austria). Plan and optimize the BT activity in your region following the priorities provided by the company on seasonal basis. You will lead also Brand Trainer seasonal meetings in order to equip the BT Team in your area for each season go to market. BTTL will also attend the alignment meetings in which it will be shared the best practices and it will be discussed with other colleagues from other areas what works, what doesn't work and new ideas to keep developing the BT activities across Europe.
As a Brand Trainer Team Lead you will be the main point of contact for any request from Categories and Commercial leads in your Country/Area.
Reporting to our Head of Marketing (North East) as part of the role you'll:
* Support the team of Brand Trainers (BT) on the fulfilment of the activity plan agreed with Categories and Commercial teams in your Country/Area.
* Coordinate, engage and develop the team of BT in your Country/Area. This includes accompanying BT during activities to provide them with feedback and help them to improve their performance.
* Performance review & goals setting: 2 performance review a year to discuss competencies development & actual performance versus goals (alignment with Head of Brand Training need for the goals setting).
* Support on the creation of Training tools and other to best equip the BT team.
* Review the geographic coverage across your country/Area to efficiently support the given priorities to win at wholesale customers and at our own Retail sales staff.
* Report on to agreed KPIs, dashboards and summaries including market insights (consumers, competitors, retailers, own staff)
* Prepare seasonal meetings to update and equip the BT Team.
* Have regular catch-up with the Head of Brand Training as well as with the BT team to close follow up the activities and keep a permanent tracking on the activities of the team.
Ensure being up to date in all the knowledge required to be able to support and exceptionally cover the activities of the BT Team

Required Experience
* More than 3 years experience in this or a similar Role. (Experience on Coordinating - Managing a team is a must)

Studies: Higher education, Bachelor Degree or Degree in Sport science and physical activity or Business Administration .

What we're looking for
* Track record in a retail or marketing/sales environment i.e. similar position in a different field, experience from other parts of retail etc.
* Preferably a bachelor's degree or degree from a higher vocational education.
* Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
* Driving licence (B) and a willingness to travel.
* Confident presentation and communication abilities.
* Flexibility to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Living in the Cologne / Düsseldorf area (the office in Neuss should be reachable on daily basis)
