Responsibilities: 1. Develop a deep understanding of the company's operating model and marketing
strategy, and leverage this knowledge to formulate comprehensive quarterly and annual
sales plans.
2. Spearhead the establishment of an overseas sales platform, identifying and cultivating
relationships with distributors and partners to expand market reach.
3. Proactively engage with overseas customers to understand their needs, address
inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction and retention.
4. Lead the preparation for and participation in international exhibitions and congresses to
showcase our products and services, and network with potential clients and industry
professionals.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, marketing, or a related field. A
background in a medical-related profession is advantageous.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years of proven success
in international sales of surgical instruments. Experience in selling ultrasonic knives or
surgical staplers is highly preferred.
3. Proficiency in English is essential, as it will be used as the primary working language for
international communications and negotiations.
4. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business trips, as required to
support sales initiatives and attend industry events.
