After proving product-market fit and rolling out our service to some of Germany’s most exciting workplaces, we’re expanding. To drive this growth, we’re looking for our first Regional Field Sales Representative — a hands-on, people-loving professional who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly, and knows how to identify real opportunities in the workplace community.
🎯 Your Mission
Drive awareness and adoption of Join Program’s office restaurant solutions by generating qualified leads across Berlin — and beyond. You’ll introduce our offering through door-to-door visits, tastings, social selling, activations, and events, and ensure every promising lead is smoothly handed over to our inbound team.
🚀 Your Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and qualify leads through field visits and in-person outreach, targeting workplace and office managers.
* Plan and execute tastings for high-potential clients in coordination with our culinary team.
* Organize and support sales events such as our Workplace Dinner series (monthly hosted dinners in rotating office locations).
* Help run our HR Strategy Dinners — quarterly invite-only evenings with HR leaders.
* Lead local promotions and activations at key events and campuses across Berlin and other expansion cities (e.g. Hamburg, Leipzig, Hanover).
* Support creative outreach formats such as mobile pop-up demos and community lunches.
* Use HubSpot CRM to document and qualify leads, ensuring the handover to our sales team is smooth and data-informed.
* Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to shape the go-to-market strategy in Germany.
* Independently launch direct outreach campaigns via email, Linkedin and other platforms.
* Occasionally travel to nearby cities for key events and client meetings.
🧠 What You Bring to the Table
* 2–3 years of experience in a field sales, event-based sales, or door-to-door outreach role.
* Background in a people-first industry, such as hospitality, catering or events is a big plus.
* Proven ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust face-to-face.
* Genuine love for cold outreach, ice-breaking, and talking to new people.
* CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot.
* Strong organizational skills — you’re comfortable owning processes, sales journeys and events end-to-end.
* Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
* Fluent in German and English.
* Based in Berlin with willingness to travel to cities like Hamburg, Leipzig, and Hanover occasionally.
* Startup-compatibility: Hands-on, nimble, and excited to join a flat and fast-moving team where your voice matters.
