We are seeking a Workplace Specialist - Office Manager to oversee office operations, partner with cross-functional teams, and serve as the cultural ambassador of the company.
Responsibilities:
* Manage office needs, inventory, and supplies.
* Track actual expenses and maintain a budget.
* Organize events that engage teams and drive employee experiences.
* Assist with new hire onboarding and plan events.
* Collaborate with other Workplace Managers to ensure company culture and policies are consistent.
* Manage workplace programs and vendors.
* Create opportunities for meaningful relationships and feedback with employees.
* Maintain office organization and cleanliness standards.
* Support buildout projects and partner with multiple teams to drive company initiatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of recent experience in workplace coordination/office management, hospitality, or event management.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive company culture.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Prior experience in hosting in-person events and online hybrid team building activities.
* Passion for building a tight-knit community within the workplace.
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Slack and Google GSuite Apps.
