For our department SAP within General Services, we are looking for a (an):
Software Developer - SAP (m/f/x)
Main duties:
* Consult with customers to design, develop, configure, and test new system functionality based on business processes in one or more SAP functional areas
* Customize & develop SAP functionalities to satisfy business requirements and business process design
* Redact blueprint of the defined solutions
* Provide functional & technical expertise and guidance for successful implementation of SAP
* Follow and apply procedures regarding implementation lifecycle
* Performing testing during project implementation
* Participate in continuous improvement of the overall SAP process and write appropriate procedures where required
* Provide advice, guidance, assistance and training on new or changed applications for team members and concerned business areas.
* Occasionally, give administrative support to the department
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria
* Be holder of a bachelor degree "BAC&3" in Information Technology or equivalent or provide proven experience on a similar position
* Demonstrate advanced knowledge in one or more SAP functional areas, SAP BW is highly desirable.
* Demonstrate advanced knowledge in consulting for and configuring SAP modules, SAP BW is highly desirable.
* Show a good knowledge in SAP methodology
* Show good communication skills in English (spoken and written), and in French or German
* Accept Duty Travel

* Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new SAP technologies

* Show good knowledge of SAP products, SAP functionalities, SAP BW is highly desirable.
* Have a very good knowledge of internal processes of IT S&S
* Demonstrate the ability to analyze and set up complex data
* Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
* Show user skills in the tools used in the department
The ideal candidate
* Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
