The Opportunity
This position works out of our Wiesbaden-Delkenheim Abbott GmbH location.
Primary objective of the position
1. Integrate, harmonize and analyze data from multiple functions and data sources to provide holistic insights, support to plan and forecast and assess value stream for new and existing processes
2. Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, standardize processes, and support continuous improvement across EMEA service organization.
3. Support the shaping data-informed strategies that enhance service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction through the EMEA Service Operation Excellence team (EMEA OP EX).
Major accountabilities
4. Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
5. Support process mapping, standardization, and optimization initiatives through quantitative analysis.
6. Analyze end-to-end service processes using data to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
7. Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to define and monitor process KPIs.
8. Develop dashboards and reports to track process performance and compliance.
9. Provide data-driven support for Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects.
10. Contribute to the design and implementation of digital tools and automation to streamline service workflows.
11. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and process documentation.
Educations
12. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience
Background
13. Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
14. Familiarity with service operations.
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
16. Knowledge of AI Based analytics and Agents.
Skills
17. Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python)
18. Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet).
19. Experience in Storytelling and providing actionable insights to Executives
20. Speaks and write fluent English
21. 3–5 years of experience in data analysis with a focus on process improvement or operational excellence.
