And in doing so, help build the future of AI technology.Key Responsibilities:Architect and own integration projects connecting blp to our client ERPs (today we integrate 30+ ERPs, tomorrow we aim for 300+)Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.Define integration standards and ensure new implementations consistently meet themStandardize, document, and continuously improve integration workflowsCreate playbooks, templates, and self-service resources for partners and customersRequirements - Must:3+ years of experience in ERP integration, ERP development, or technical ERP consultingSolid understanding of ERP processes & systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, proAlpha, abas, or others)Experience in software development including cloud infrastructure, strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern dev workflowsAdvanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and SaaS integrationsAbility to work directly with customers and translate business requirements into technical solutionsCommunication skills in German and EnglishThe job is anything but 0-8-15, every day the same thing.
