We are looking for you as a Patent Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our IP team.
What you can expect You will provide comprehensive global patent law support for projects from start to product launch.
You are responsible for identifying the patent landscape and expiration dates of relevant patents.
You conduct patent-related freedom-to-operate analyses.
You develop solutions and strategies to avoid patents while minimizing risks.
You identify and evaluate patent-related risks and opportunities by analyzing scopes of protection, assessing granting probabilities, enforceability, and validity of third-party patents and applications.
You collaborate with external patent attorneys to challenge third-party patents.
You review contracts from a patent law perspective.
You handle and manage monitored patent applications.
You advise departments on patent issues related to the projects.
You demonstrate excellent knowledge and substantial experience in European and German patent law.
Ideally, you bring professional experience from the patent department of an industrial company.
