What You’ll Be Doing:
🐺 End-to-end SaaS sales recruitment across Germany & wider Europe - contingent, retained and multiple hire
🐺 Owning client relationships: from BD and onboarding through to close
🐺 Sourcing and engaging top-tier SaaS sales talent (AE, SDR, Sales Leaders etc.)
🐺 Leading interviews, managing offers, closing placements
🐺 Partnering with ambitious founders, VPs and investors scaling high-growth tech companies
What We’re Looking For:
💜 Experience working agency-side – ideally in sales or SaaS recruitment
💜 360° mindset – you get BD, you get delivery, and you want to do both
💜 A proven track record of billing – and hungry to beat it
💜 A builder’s mentality – not just filling roles, but shaping accounts
💜 Berlin-based (hybrid) and fluent in English and German
