Your tasks
* Leading an interdisciplinary R&D team developing receiver and transceiver digital hardware and DSP algorithms.
* Strategically aligning product development with stakeholders in Munich and subsidiaries worldwide in a challenging and changing environment of customer requirements, market and technology trends.
* Designing, defining and implementing scalable product concepts in line with emerging terrestrial and non-terrestrial standards while being responsible for cost planning and controlling.
* Ensuring high product quality and managing effective communication worldwide.
Qualifications
* Technical degree specializing in communications or high‑frequency engineering, or completion of a comparable university degree program.
* Sound experience in R&D and leadership roles gained throughout career.
* Strong communication skills, confident, assertive, customer‑oriented, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of experts.
* Experience inspiring and leading teams to achieve shared goals, with change management experience as a plus.
* Fluent English and intermediate German skills.
