As a part of the sales organization this position is combining both technical and business responsibilities related to Automotive & Defense, a strategic product segment which requires a strong application expertise and understanding, and offers a significant growth potential.
Your missions :
* Driving sales growth and delivering premium customer service
* Identifying business development risks and opportunities in both automotive and defense markets
* Developing and implementing a consistent account strategy aligned with divisional goals
* Managing global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition
* Creating marketing plans and materials to support development of the segment
* Traveling to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long-term relationships
* Navigating defense industry-specific requirements
Your profile :
* Holding a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
* Having a technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
* Showing proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures
* Speaking fluently English and either French or German. Any other language is an asset
* Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time, internationally
