Responsibilities
1. Develop a detailed rollout plan at local level including all activities required for successful rollout implementation and in line with overall S4E rollout project plan
2. Plan and monitor project budget at Rollout level, providing financial reports, together with Business
3. Oversee the rollout of specific End-to-End processes and manage end-to-end localization requirements implementation, together with Business Cluster Manager
4. Plan project phases, including specific work packages, and coordinate the project plan with Team Leads, Business Core Team Members, Template SPOCs, SAP Template Organization, and all related stakeholders
5. Cover all usual project management disciplines, including managing the project schedule, detailed work plan, risks, issues, budget, cost, testing, and cutover
6. Ensure the alignment of the IT infrastructure setup and manage design approvals in compliance with our S/4 HANA guidelines
7. Contract and coordinate with external partners and consultants to support project activities
8. Ensure adherence to Energy IT project methodology ( including fulfilling Quality Gate requirements and repotting the project status and progress at regular intervals
9. Prepare and moderate Steering Committee meetings, ensuring all decisions are documented and actionable
10. Track project progress against milestones and deliverables and provide regular update reports to Rollout Management and stakeholders organization, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals
11. Lead and coordinate the rollout teams to enable a smooth and successful transition to the new S4E template
Profile
12. Experienced IT Project Manager
13. Strong background in SAP S/4, SAP Rollout management
14. PM with experience in SAP Projects
15. Working on Agile project with user stories and Jira
16. Has worked in global organizations with cross functional teams looking to harmonize processes
17. Several full-cycle projects as IT Project Manager
18. Background in complex projects (with complex governance structure as well as many stakeholders with different targets)
19. Excellent English language skills are mandatory. German language skill will be an add-on
20. Excellent communication skills to all stakeholder levels
