Legal Counsel - Commerical
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commerical legal professional to join globally recognised company.
The role:
* Review, draft, and negotiate national and international contracts and agreements in German and English
* Provide commercial and contract law advice to internal stakeholders across multiple business units
* Support sales, purchasing, retail, and product teams on legal and commercial matters
* Ensure contracts and business practices align with legal and regulatory requirements
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract processes and templates
Your profile:
* Fully Qualified German lawyer
* Strong experience in Commercial and Contract law
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong background in top-tier legal practice or In-house
